Data deletion

How Postfeeds handles requests to delete your data, including requests forwarded by the social platforms you connect.
What gets deleted
- Stored access tokens for the platform account are revoked and deleted.
- The connection record (account name, avatar, platform account id) is removed.
- Post history and media created through Postfeeds for that connection are deleted from our systems.
How to request deletion
- From Postfeeds: disconnect the account under Dashboard → Connections, or delete your Postfeeds account in Settings.
- From the platform: removing Postfeeds from your Facebook/Instagram or other platform settings automatically notifies us and starts deletion.
- By email: contact privacy@postfeeds.com from the address tied to your account, and include your confirmation code if you have one.
